SOUTH FLORIDA · COMPUTER SCIENCE @ FIU

Hi, I’m Alexa.

I’m a Computer Science student at FIU working with full-stack development, data, and AI. I also teach Python and build tools that support everyday workflows.

Nice to meet you, by the way.

MY NEXT CHAPTER

Graduating from FIU
in Fall 2026.

I’m studying Computer Science at Florida International University, but a lot of my learning happens outside the classroom, too.

Through INIT Ignite, I’ve taught high school students Python fundamentals and object-oriented programming. Explaining code to someone else brings me back to the basics: slow down, ask questions, and make things understandable.

At Perfect Speech, I build digital templates, tracking systems, and workflow tools to support clinic operations. It’s a reminder that useful software can start with a small, everyday problem.

I’m also part of WICS and INIT at FIU, and completed CodePath’s CYB101 program. My projects bring together what I’m learning about full-stack development, data, and AI.

Languages I code in

Python · JavaScript · TypeScript · Java · C · SQL · F#

Tools in my toolkit

React · FastAPI · MySQL · PyTorch · NumPy · AWS · Linux

Languages I connect in

English & Spanish — fluent in both.

A new opportunity?
A good idea?
I’d love to hear it.
